Position Overview :-

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Expert (Female) to support our sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads within targeted B2B sectors, specifically related to the Pump and Valve industry.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research within targeted B2B sectors.
• Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
• Develop, update, and maintain a database of leads and prospects for ongoing and future requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
• Analyze and report lead generation metrics to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and maintain a positive communication experience.
• Manage, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements :-

• Similar experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the Pump and Valve industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing contact details and researching potential leads.
• Educational background: B.Sc or PGDMB (or equivalent).
• Excellent English communication skills—verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
