About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building a pipeline of leads, and supporting our sales team in driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and familiarity with modern lead generation tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential leads across industries and markets.
• Generate qualified leads through various channels: email, calls, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Track lead generation metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
• Handle initial client interactions and qualify prospects before passing them to the sales team.
• Connect with client through calling, mailing, WhatsApp etc.

Requirements:

• Graduat in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or sales support.
• Strong communication, research, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and cold calling techniques.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
