Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Engage Experts International, Office 1303, Ganesh Glory, Off SG Highway, Tragad, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Timings: 1pm to 10pm (IST)

Workdays: Monday to Friday

Off days: Saturdays, Sundays, and Major Indian Holidays

Position: Full-Time - On Site (Ahmedabad)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and qualify potential clients through a variety of outbound and inbound channels. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth through market research, outreach campaigns, and initial prospect engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential leads using online databases, LinkedIn, and other digital tools.

Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce the company's services/products.

Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.

Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, activity tracking, and status updates.

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and feedback loops to refine outreach strategies.

Generate daily/weekly reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and outreach performance.

Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to lead volume, conversion rates, and response rates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

6months-2 years of experience in lead generation, tele sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to handle rejections positively and persistently follow up with prospects.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales.

Understanding of sales funnels and digital marketing tactics.

Analytical mindset and comfort with using data to drive decision-making.
