Role Overview We are seeking a confident and motivated Lead Generation Executive with experience in international cold calling. If you're persuasive, target-driven, and love making meaningful conversations, this role is for you. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients (US and international markets) Clearly present our products and services to generate interest Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and rapport-building Maintain accurate lead data in CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies Requirements Proven experience in international cold calling (preferably US/Canada) Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setup Persistent and confident with a positive attitude Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking is a plus What We Offer A remote-first work culture 4-day work week Fixed monthly compensation of 25,000 Flexibility and learning opportunities A chance to contribute directly to business growth
