• Resourceful, if you don’t know something, you figure it out.
• You’ve led projects end-to-end (anything counts: product launch, an event, a wedding, a home renovation… if you managed it, owned it, and delivered it, I want to hear about it).
• 2+ years of experience in any operational role.
• Marketing experience is a bonus, not a requirement, you’ll learn plenty here.

What You’ll Own

• Data Scraping Validation:

  cleaning and validating scraped datasets, removing duplicates, checking accuracy, and making sure the data is reliable before it enters our system.

• Lead Generation Support:

  sourcing, researching, and qualifying potential leads based on given ICP + criteria.
• Coordinating between teams, managing timelines, tracking progress.
• Ensuring smooth backend operations for email + LinkedIn campaigns.
• Keeping everything organised — sheets, trackers, deliverables, status updates.
• Basically, you keep the engine running so campaigns don’t miss a beat.
