Lead Generation & Client Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new leads on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and freelance marketplaces
• Write customized and persuasive proposals that align with client requirements
• Strategically bid on projects to maximize conversion rates
• Handle direct communication with prospects from inquiry to onboarding
• Maintain client relationships by ensuring timely updates and consistent communication
• Schedule and manage meetings, project briefings, and feedback calls
• Collaborate closely with design, content, and strategy teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain and update CRM, track lead performance, and report weekly progress

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in B2B lead generation and client handling (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong experience in

  Upwork bidding

  , LinkedIn outreach, or other freelancing platforms
• Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Notion, or Excel trackers)
• Ability to understand client requirements and convert leads into projects
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Work Type:

Full-Time (Monday to Saturday, In-Office)
