Lead Generation, Business Development

As a Lead Generation Executive at our company, your role will primarily involve communication and tele-prospecting functions for the Sales Team. You will utilize your professional communication, research, and interviewing skills, along with your marketing and sales expertise. Your responsibilities will include: - Making calls to companies across the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia-pacific, and sometimes India to discuss their business needs and initiatives. - Identifying the most appropriate decision makers in companies by engaging with multiple representatives and initiating conversations to introduce our products & services. - Documenting the results of each call and updating the database after every contact made with a company. To qualify for this position, you should have: - 0.6 to 3 years of work experience. - A graduate degree in any discipline. - Prior outbound business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year). - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite on the Windows platform. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - The ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers. - Assertiveness and persuasiveness without being aggressive. - Active listening skills, quick learning ability, and an inquisitive nature. - A passion for lifelong learning and self-reliance.
