We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Associate to join our team. This is a pivotal role in helping us build a strong sales pipeline. You will be responsible for identifying potential business prospects and nurturing them into valuable sales opportunities through various lead generation methods. Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients using lead generation tools, databases, and techniques. Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, or social media channels. Maintain and operate a CRM database, ensuring that all client information, including contact details and progress, is up-to-date. Collaborate with the seniors to move prospects through the sales pipeline. Participate in networking events, conferences, and seminars to generate new leads. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in sales or lead generation. Freshers with strong determination and excellent communication skills are welcome to apply. Proficiency in using CRM software and lead generation tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to handle rejection with professionalism and maintain persistence.
