Job Overview:

Lead Generation Trainee


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in target sectors such as EVs, Power Electronics, power systems, renewables, and automation, etc.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, databases, and search engines to gather contact information.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, fit, and readiness to engage.
  • Assist in running email campaigns, follow-up messages, and outreach scheduling.
  • Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve outreach strategy and content.
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics), Business, or related field (final-year students may also apply).
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, or technical marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HIL, power electronics, or related technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
