Job Overview: As a Lead Generation Trainee , you will support our sales and marketing team in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities. You will gain hands-on experience in technical lead generation within a niche and high-tech domain, helping expand our customer base. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in target sectors such as EVs, Power Electronics, power systems, renewables, and automation, etc. Use tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, databases, and search engines to gather contact information. Qualify leads based on interest, fit, and readiness to engage. Assist in running email campaigns, follow-up messages, and outreach scheduling. Maintain and update lead data accurately in CRM systems. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve outreach strategy and content. Track and report on lead generation metrics and conversion rates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics), Business, or related field (final-year students may also apply). Strong interest in sales, business development, or technical marketing. Basic understanding of HIL, power electronics, or related technologies is a plus. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, and CRM tools is an advantage.
