Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code as a hands-on contributor.
• Guide and lead a small development team while fostering collaboration.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers within the team.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize team tasks to meet project milestones.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and implement innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align development deliverables with organizational goals.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Work with Azure Functions and Azure PaaS services to design scalable solutions.
• Monitor application performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on development experience with the Microsoft .NET stack and Angular (v8+).
• Proven experience leading or mentoring teams as a technical leader or team lead.
• Deep knowledge of .NET 8, Web API, Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, C#.
• Expertise in modern Angular (v8+).
• Strong background in automated testing frameworks (xUnit, Moq, Jasmine).
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Solid experience working with Azure PaaS services like App Services, Functions, and Key Vault.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Demonstrated skill in database modeling and optimization.
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Azure Application Insights and Log Analytics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to balance technical decision-making and team management.
