Job Description

Strategy & Planning
: Develop and implement strategic business plans aligned with company goals. Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability.
Product Portfolio Management
: Oversee the complete product range including Cocoa Powder (Alkalized & Natural), Citric Acid (Monohydrate & Anhydrous), Vital Wheat Gluten, Whey Protein Concentrate, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Dairy Whitener, Dairy Butter, Sodium Benzoate, Acetic Acid, Calcium Propionate, GMS, and Instant Dry Yeast. Ensure achievement of performance and operational targets.
Innovation & Value Creation
: Drive new product and application development. Create unique selling propositions (USPs) for products and move up the value chain beyond commodities.
Supply Chain & Vendor Management
: Strengthen supply chain networks, develop vendors, and optimize procurement processes.
Trade Management
: Oversee exports and imports while ensuring compliance with trade policies and regulations.
Operational Excellence
: Enhance efficiency and effectiveness through robust systems, processes, and technology adoption.
Compliance & Governance
: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, quality, safety, and legal standards.
Leadership & People Development
: Lead, coach, and develop the team to foster a high-performance culture. Identify hiring needs, participate in recruitment, and build strong functional capabilities.
Stakeholder Management
: Collaborate with senior management to align on strategic goals. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to strengthen business outcomes.
Performance Monitoring
: Track operational performance, analyze results, and implement improvements. Provide timely reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement
: Gather and act upon feedback from stakeholders and team members to refine processes and elevate business performance.
