Ensure achievement of performance and operational targets. Innovation & Value Creation : Drive new product and application development. Create unique selling propositions (USPs) for products and move up the value chain beyond commodities. Supply Chain & Vendor Management : Strengthen supply chain networks, develop vendors, and optimize procurement processes. Trade Management : Oversee exports and imports while ensuring compliance with trade policies and regulations. Operational Excellence : Enhance efficiency and effectiveness through robust systems, processes, and technology adoption. Compliance & Governance : Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, quality, safety, and legal standards. Leadership & People Development : Lead, coach, and develop the team to foster a high-performance culture. Identify hiring needs, participate in recruitment, and build strong functional capabilities.
