Job Description

As an experienced candidate for the position, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Advising on DBR review and providing design input for HVAC, pumps, vertical transport systems (lifts/escalators), fire suppression (hydrants, sprinklers), and plumbing layout. - Ensuring that designs comply with green building norms and incorporate maintenance-friendly layouts. - Conducting cost estimation and lifecycle analysis of mechanical systems. - Analyzing historical AMC/spares trends to forecast budgets and mitigate cost overruns. - Implementing uptime management strategies for HVAC, escalators, and fire suppression systems. - Leading AMC vendors, reviewing daily performance dashboards, and monitoring fault resolution processes. - Identifying cost-saving opportunities in AMC negotiations and optimizing power usage by managing mechanical loads. - Exploring value additions such as grey water recycling, STP utilization, and fire tank optimization to enhance revenue models. In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or Architecture. - A minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience.,
