Job Description

We're having an opening for "Lead Engineer - ME Industrialisation for a Reputed UK MNC in Pune (Lonikand)

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Must have experience in Process Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Industrial Engineering within an Automotive Manufacturing Industry.
Hands-on experience in CNC Machining, Induction Hardening, Milling, or Drilling.
Expertise in Cell Layout, Cycle Time Optimization, Process Flow, Line Balancing, TPM Methodology, Lean Tools, Kaizen, and 7QC Tools.
Responsible for Process Documentation PPAP & APQP.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Engineering Graduate with 2+ years of experience (preferably from a manufacturing background).
Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
