Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage discipline-specific design and engineering activities for offshore projects from concept to execution.
Prepare, review, and approve engineering deliverables including drawings, specifications, design reports, and calculations.
Ensure compliance with international codes, standards, and client/project requirements.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, process, safety, pipeline, electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) to ensure integrated design solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth project execution.
Drive innovation by implementing digital tools, advanced engineering practices, and productivity-enhancing methodologies.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and safety studies to ensure robust and reliable offshore solutions.
Support bid proposals, FEED, detailed engineering, and EPC project phases with discipline expertise.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (relevant discipline).
1225 years of experience in
Oil & Gas Offshore Design & Engineering
.
Strong knowledge of EPC project execution, offshore platforms, and industry standards.
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with competitor companies will be an added advantage.
