About the Role

We are looking for a

hands-on Tech Lead

with strong coding skills and leadership capabilities to manage a team of 6-10 developers. The ideal candidate should have exceptional problem-solving ability, a proactive attitude, and a passion for learning new technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy
Java applications
and framework components (web/services/executables).
Research and recommend optimal solutions, libraries, and frameworks.
Conduct
code reviews
and ensure best practices.
Mentor and train Java developers.
Troubleshoot development and deployment issues.
Own deployment of components (batch/web/RESTful services) in non-prod and prod environments.
Monitor and resolve production and non-production issues.
Write clean, efficient, and secure code.
Prepare integration and design documentation.
Participate in appraisals and provide feedback for team members.
