Lead Engineer - Java

As an experienced candidate with 4-8 years of total experience, you should have at least 4 years of experience in designing and developing web applications using the following technologies: - Angular 7/8 or above with Spring boot - J2EE using Spring MVC framework, Hibernate, Jasper, JSP, Servlets, etc. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Design, code, install, test, and maintain software systems on the mentioned technologies, including shifts based on business criticality - Conduct code reviews - Follow standard SDLC methodologies to ensure measurable project results delivered on time - Adhere to project standards for development to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency - Update technical documentation to reflect the latest enhancements or releases - Assist in reviewing the current technical architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies - Be flexible to work with different technologies and stages of the software development cycle - Demonstrate teamwork, quick learning abilities, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude - Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal - Learn new technologies and deliver as per business needs in software development and/or support projects Additionally, the company ReBIT offers all positions on a fixed-term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for an initial period of five years, extendable by mutual consent.,
