Qualifications

B.E/ B.Tech / Graduate Engineer in - Materials Science, Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical

Job Accountabilities

Lead and manage the Wafer Clean, Inspection and Sorting Equipment Engineering team, providing technical guidance and leadership.
Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to prioritize equipment repair and maintenance activities.
Conduct equipment performance evaluations and implement improvements to enhance reliability and productivity.
Oversee the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage equipment modification projects, from concept to implementation, to meet production requirements.
Monitor equipment performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and cost reduction.
Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers and contractors to support equipment procurement and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to equipment operations and maintenance.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
