Lead Dotnet Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at VCQRU Pvt. Ltd., you will be a key player in our product-based company specializing in anti-counterfeit and build loyalty solutions. Our core platform is designed to empower leading brands to safeguard product authenticity and foster customer trust. In line with our scaling efforts, we are currently undergoing a significant technology upgrade and are on the lookout for a skilled lead developer to spearhead this development journey. Your primary responsibility will involve leading the migration and technology upgrade of our flagship product from legacy ASP.NET to a modern stack, with a preference for .NET Core, React/Angular technologies. In this role, you will harness AI-powered tools and models such as GitHub Copilot, Curser, and OpenAI APIs to expedite development processes, automate documentation, and support testing and prototyping activities. Your ability to translate intricate business challenges into logical algorithms and tangible solutions will be crucial in this role. Collaboration will be a key aspect of your work as you engage with product managers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to redefine the product roadmap. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing architecture standards, coding best practices, and security protocols for the upgraded system. Leading a development team, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality output will also be part of your role. Your responsibilities will encompass end-to-end development activities, covering frontend, backend, database design, API development, and cloud deployment. Ensuring system scalability, security, performance, and compliance will be essential to meet project objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and modern JavaScript frameworks like React/Angular. Your ability to think logically, design algorithms efficiently, and leverage AI-assisted development tools will set you up for success. Proficiency in microservices architecture, Azure/AWS cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines is also expected. Strong database design skills, transaction management capabilities, and effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary. Prior experience in Fintech and SaaS-based platform development, familiarity with security, encryption, and compliance standards in financial applications, and exposure to AI tools for software testing, code optimization, and workflow automation would be advantageous.
