Lead Dotnet Developer

Full stack lead developer 4-6 yrs exp (dot net)

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using modern web

technologies and frameworks.

- Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and develop efficient solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

- Develop high-level and low-level design documents for modules and features.

- Lead the development team in implementing best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

- Ensure code quality and maintainability by adhering to coding standards and conducting code

reviews.

- Identify and troubleshoot complex software issues, both in the backend and frontend.

- Mentor and train junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver software solutions.

Requirements:

- Ability to lead a team of developers and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of data structure concepts.

- Proficiency in Microsoft backend technologies such as .Net, WEB API, MVC, and Unit testing

framework.

- Expertise in frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Angular, and JavaScript.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

- Exposure to Cloud Technologies like AWS/GCP/Azure is a plus.

- Experience in setting up and working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
