Description
As the Distribution Management System (DMS) & Salesforce Automation (SFA) Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Distribution Management System (DMS) & SFA across the distribution network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the DMS meets the business operations" needs and contributes to improved efficiency, accuracy, and visibility throughout the distribution process. Key Role & Responsibilities: - Manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the DMS/SFA to align with the operational needs of Distributors/FOS and the company. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support) to integrate DMS (API Integration) with other systems. - Coordinate between distributors, Sales team, and service providers. Distributors & SFA Application Support: - Provide ongoing support and training to Distributor staff regarding DMS functionalities, best practices, and updates. - Act as the primary point of contact for Distributors inquiries and issues related to DMS. - Monitor Sales team performance and ensure beat adherence, outlet reach, outlet activation, and user activation/deactivation from the system. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: - Analyze distributors" performance metrics using DMS data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and best practices. - Generate and present reports to management on distributors" performance, sales trends, inventory management, and customer satisfaction. - Create various Sales Dashboards using Power BI. Process Optimization: - Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance existing processes within the DMS for improved efficiency. - Work with Distributors to develop procedures that maximize the effectiveness of DMS tools. User Training & Development: - Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for dealership personnel to ensure they are fully utilizing the DMS functionalities. - Develop training materials and documentation for dealer staff. Compliance and Standards: - Ensure that all dealership operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and DMS standards. - Collaborate with the compliance team to address any discrepancies or issues. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: - Gather feedback from Distributors to understand their needs and pain points concerning the DMS. - Work with the development team to advocate for system enhancements based on dealer feedback. Vendor Management: - Liaise with DMS vendors to resolve technical issues, implement upgrades, and assess new features or modules. - Evaluate vendor performance and services in relation to the DMS. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in data architecture or related roles with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex data solutions. - Proven experience leading the implementation and management of distribution management systems across multiple facilities or locations. - Prior experience with Sales automation systems (Channel Konnect and M-assist).,
