  engaging presentations, case studies, and success stories

• Innovation Leadership:

  Spearhead innovation by identifying new solution opportunities, co-innovating with clients, and designing

  AI-enabled, future-ready

  business models.

• Strategic Partnerships & Negotiation:

  Represent the company in strategic discussions and

  negotiate high-value partnerships

  that align with long-term business goals.

• Executive Collaboration:

  Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to drive

  business transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in

  Digital Transformation, Supply Chain, Pre-Sales, AI Consulting, or Strategic Innovation roles

• Strong domain expertise in

  global supply chain processes, logistics,

  Digital Transformation and AI/ML technologies

  .
• Proven track record of

  converting complex sales engagements into scalable business opportunities

  .
• Excellent

  presales,

  storytelling, presentation, and solutioning

  capabilities tailored to business and technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience in

  building business cases

  , working with GTM teams, and collaborating across product, sales, and delivery.
• Strong negotiation and client engagement skills at the

  CXO level

• Prior leadership experience as a

  Chief Innovation Officer, Director of Strategy, or SME Lead

  preferred.
