Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and execute the

    digital performance marketing roadmap

    , aligned with overall business, sales, and brand objectives.
  • Own and scale customer acquisition across digital channels (paid search, paid social, programmatic, affiliates, display, video, etc.), driving ROI and growth.
  • Lead

    media strategy and planning

    , ensuring optimal media mix and budget allocation across channels.
  • Manage day-to-day performance campaigns monitoring, optimizing, and improving CAC, CTR, CPL, and LTV metrics.
  • Drive

    technology integration, automation, and analytics

    for campaign management, revenue tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Partner with brand, sales, product, and presales teams to ensure digital marketing is embedded into business objectives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of digital marketers while managing external agencies and partners for delivery excellence.
  • Track competitor moves, market trends, and global best practices to continuously evolve HoABLs digital engine as a

    strategic differentiator

  • Identify and implement monetizable

    and innovations in performance marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA/Engineering from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.
  • 10–15 years of experience

    in digital and performance marketing, with exposure to media strategy, e-commerce, or consumer-tech.
  • Strong orientation towards

    customer acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI)

    and performance-driven decision-making.
  • Prior experience in leading digital marketing teams and managing large-scale budgets and agencies.
