Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will support our Campaign Managers and Email team in delivering impactful and integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels and regions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Adobe products and Salesforce Suite, excellent communication, and a strong grasp of marketing data, automation, and other technologies used in campaigns.

The Main Responsibilities

Conduct audits of automations in Marketo and Salesforce, including form processing rules, campaign codes, lead routing, AQL flow and ensuring data is flowing correctly from tool to tool (example: Marketo to Conversica to Salesforce)
Partner with MOPs on cadence and plan for Audits and Quality Assurance testing
Submit target lists for reach test in Demandbase
Ensure monthly campaign performance KPIs are filled out and updated in our monthly readout presentations are updated with the current data
Help pull monthly Conversica email metrics and submit to reporting team to be included in Campaign Strategy email dashboard
Coordinate with paid media vendors to ensure they are utilizing the correct UTM taxonomy and communicate this taxonomy to the MOPS, Data Team, and for alignment in Adobe Analytics reports
Support the Campaign Strategy Team in creating UTM s links for campaign tactics
Create, manage, and maintain campaign and DG codes for campaign strategy team
Support Campaign Strategy with other relevant projects around campaign operations, reporting and tracking

Required Skills:

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to the overall marketing and sales objectives of the company.
MarTech Expertise: Experience working with marketing technology, specifically Salesforce and Adobe, and understanding their tools, uses, and processes.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelors degree or equivalent education and experience
8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting
Proven experience analyzing data to drive business decisions
Effective and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior leadership within the organization
