Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in Java&Python Development who is a multiplier. Automotive background mainly in communication and networking domain preferred. The ideal candidate will excel in developing robust software solutions and contribute to innovative projects. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on impactful outcomes.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality software solutions using Python3 to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and maintain scalable applications.

Ensure code quality and performance through rigorous testing and debugging processes.

Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of software development.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster their growth.

Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective solutions.

Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

Demonstrate expertise in Python3 with a proven track record of successful projects.

Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Possess excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.

Show experience in working within a hybrid work model and adapting to changing environments.

Have a solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
