Lead Designer – Product & Brand

to guide the design vision for both product experiences and brand identity across high-impact consumer-facing products. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, balancing usability, brand storytelling, and market differentiation.You’ll work closely with product managers, marketers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive, impactful experiences that resonate with users and strengthen brand presence. This is an opportunity to influence the design direction at both a product and brand level while working on initiatives that reach large audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design of digital product experiences, ensuring usability, clarity, and emotional resonance.
  • Define and maintain brand identity systems, visual guidelines, and tone of voice for consistent application across channels.
  • Translate strategic business goals into compelling creative concepts that connect product functionality with brand storytelling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with product roadmaps and marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing assets, campaign visuals, and brand collateral to support growth and engagement.
  • Mentor designers, providing feedback, direction, and support to elevate craft and execution standards.
  • Advocate for design thinking principles that balance user needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

What You Bring

  • 5–7 years of experience in product design and brand design, ideally within B2C technology companies.
  • A portfolio showcasing the ability to create visually compelling, functional product experiences alongside strong brand systems.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Ability to work across multiple mediums, from digital interfaces to marketing campaigns.
  • Skilled in presenting and articulating design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
