Data Scientist / Data Science & Analytics Lead

What You’ll Do

• Analyzing

  large volumes

  of transactional and financial data.
• Developing

  predictive models

  to forecast future volumes, reduce chargebacks, and optimize refunds.
• Defining and

  tracking critical KPIs

  (margins, churn, cash flow, cost per transaction, etc.).
• Leading our internal development team by setting priorities and translating business needs into

  concrete technical requirements

  .
• Overseeing the

  creation of an internal analytics CRM capable

  also with the help of AI of suggesting operational actions and data-driven strategies.
• Translating data into

  clear

  , immediately actionable insights to support fast and focused decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in a

  quantitative field

  (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar).

• Solid experience

  in data science, predictive modeling, and machine learning.
• Strong command of Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, etc.) and SQL.
• Experience with data

  visualization tools

  (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Metabase).
• Ability to

  manage projects

  and collaborate with

  development teams

• Strategic and results-oriented mindset, with a strong focus on costs, margins, and

  business performance

  .
• Familiarity with

  AI-powered

  analytics and the ability to evaluate when and how to apply AI in business decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Experience in
