Lead Data Engineer – Python Ecosystem

Chennai, India | Hybrid

BrandIdea Analytics

What You’ll Do

Lead design and development of scalable data pipelines (Python, Airflow, dbt, PySpark).
Integrate multiple data sources – APIs, structured & geospatial data.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows and data APIs (FastAPI/Flask).
Drive data quality, governance, and automation across environments.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with Data Science & Product teams.
Contribute to cloud and architecture decisions (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD).

What You Bring

7–12 years of hands-on data engineering experience with strong Python skills.
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and modern data stack tools.
Experience with workflow orchestration, APIs, and cloud data platforms.
Leadership ability with a passion for clean, scalable systems.
