Job Description As part of the People Analytics team, you will work with your manager to Influence business decisions by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis, which will reveal insights and trends about business performance. Utilize strong database and BI visualization skills to work with large, complex data sets to extract insights.Works with customers to develop and analyse data support needs. Communicate findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations to the business for improving business performance.Ensure that data and analysis is presented in a format that is appropriate for a varied audience using data visualization, dashboards, or other methodsDeveloping functional & technical specifications for Business Analytics and BI projects.Participates in the work stream planning process, including the inception, technical design, development, testing, and delivery of data solutions. Qualifications Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Business Intelligence systems, Data Warehousing and Data Analytics solution Implementation.Hands‐on experience in developing Power BI visualization with the utilization of DAX for data manipulationUnderstanding of data warehousing, data modelling concepts, and building new DW tables, SQL queries (Databricks knowledge preferred)Experience in scripting Python/R and Workday HR knowledge would be an added advantageExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field Additional Information At Freshworks, we are creating a global workplace that enables everyone to find their true potential, purpose, and passion irrespective of their background, gender, race, sexual orientation, religion and ethnicity.
