Lead Data Analyst and Reporting

As the Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst at our company, your role is crucial in contributing to the directional strategy and assisting in the creation and modification of Enterprise Data Governance Strategy, Data Risk and Control Framework, and Data Risk Taxonomy. Your focus may include assisting in identification, measurement, and reporting, data policy adoption and compliance, data controls framework performance, issue management process, as well as regulatory and audit response and action tracking. Responsibilities: - Partner with multiple teams to implement relevant Data Governance policies and/or Data Risk and Control framework - Design, implement, and monitor Data Quality scorecards for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness for Wholesale Credit Risk data - Identify and investigate recurring data concerns, collaborating with key stakeholders to address them effectively - Collaborate with internal and external business partners to build, implement, track, and improve Data Quality control processes - Utilize Machine Learning and other advanced analytical methods to identify complex data patterns and trends, providing actionable insights to enhance the quality of data supporting Credit Risk reporting Qualifications: - 10+ years of relevant experience in SQL, Python, and Tableau - Familiarity with Wholesale Credit Risk and financial markets instruments - Proficiency in data tracing, data mining, visualization, analysis, identifying patterns/trends, exploratory data analysis, and root cause analysis - Ability to manage tight deadlines, unexpected requirement changes, and balance needs of multiple stakeholders - Effective communication skills to develop and deliver clear communications tailored to different audiences Education: - Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use our search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.,
