Lead D2C for- Personal care Client

You are a seasoned Sr. Manager D2C/Growth responsible for leading the direct-to-consumer strategy and driving business growth for a personal care brand through the website. Your background in digital marketing and growth hacking will be crucial in achieving success in online sales and customer engagement. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing omnichannel D2C strategies to enhance online sales, customer acquisition, and retention. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Identifying and implementing growth opportunities across various marketing channels. - Analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns and improve ROI. - Developing customer personas and insights to shape marketing strategies. - Implementing customer retention programs to drive loyalty and repeat business. - Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators and providing insights to senior management.
