Role Overview: As a Lead Customer Experience Specialist at Honeywell, your primary responsibility is to interact with customers before and after sales to ensure their satisfaction. You will process orders, handle correspondence, and fulfill customer needs. Building and maintaining positive customer relations is essential in this role, as you will be the key point of contact between Honeywell and the customers.
