Job Description

Role: Lead- Retail Assets Including Collection

Location- Jaipur

Job Role:

lead a team of Business Analysts

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Business Heads, Product Heads, and IT teams for Retail Loan Products and Collections.
Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts to deliver solutions.
Own non-technical business requirements and prepare BRDs.
Ensure alignment with IT teams to implement solutions on time.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Candidate Attributes:

Strong understanding of lending business,
including loan origination, credit assessment, disbursements, servicing, and Loan Origination Systems
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
