Role Overview: As a Lead Corporate Insurance in our organization, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of managing the entire in-house insurance requirements. This includes overseeing a variety of insurance types such as Fire, Burglary, Liability, Special Contingency, Sports-related policies, and Employee Benefit (GTL, GMC, and GPA). Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our insurance solutions align with the company's risk profile and specific needs. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and nurture trust with key personnel within the company for Client Relationship Management. - Identify specific insurance needs through thorough assessments and provide tailored solutions within the allocated budget. - Act as the main point of contact between clients and insurance providers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and keeping clients informed about policy changes and industry trends. - Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate records and staying updated on industry developments. - Advocate for fair and timely settlements during the claims process by regularly reviewing and renewing policies to address potential coverage gaps and evolving client needs. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate qualification with 8-14 years of experience in the insurance sector. - Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning and development are essential for success in this role. - Participation in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills will better equip you to provide exceptional service and support to clients.,
