Role & Responsibility:

Client Relationship Management:

Developing trust and rapport with key personnel within the company.

Conducting thorough assessments to identify the specific insurance requirements and risk profile.

Being the primary liaison between the client and the insurance provider, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Keeping the informed about policy changes, market trends, and relevant industry developments.

Insurance Solutions and Support:

Tailoring insurance solutions to fit the specific needs and budget.

Clearly communicating the terms, conditions, and benefits of various insurance products.

Guiding through the claims process, facilitating communication with the claims department, and

advocating for fair and timely settlements. Ensuring timely renewal of policies and proactively addressing any potential coverage gaps.

Regularly reviewing existing policies to ensure they remain relevant and adequate for the client's evolving needs.
