Copy Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of copywriters and content creators.
• Collaborate with creative, design, strategy, and account teams to deliver compelling campaigns.
• Develop engaging copy across digital (social, performance ads, websites), offline, and integrated campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across multiple platforms.
• Translate complex briefs into simple, impactful communication.
• Push creative boundaries while maintaining strategic relevance.
• Review, edit, and approve copy to maintain high creative standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, consumer insights, and evolving digital platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of copywriting experience in digital/advertising agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across diverse formats (digital-first mandatory).
• Proven experience in handling integrated campaigns and team leadership.
• Excellent command over English – both long-form and short-form content.
• Ability to balance creativity with business impact.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
