Lead Consultant

As an experienced SAP HCM and SuccessFactor support and maintenance specialist, you will be responsible for working on projects for clients worldwide. Your role will involve configuring EC with onboarding and recruitment, as well as handling MDF objects, Rules, and Workflows. Your strong understanding of various HR and Talent management processes will be crucial in translating client business rules into technical requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Support and maintain SAP HCM and SuccessFactor projects - Configure EC with onboarding and recruitment - Handle MDF objects, Rules, and Workflows - Translate client business rules to technical requirements - Manage Client Impact tickets and production incidents - Ensure successful Production start-up - Define, implement, and support business processes - Communicate clearly and concisely with clients and team members - Manage data migration and data management activities in SF Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Application Maintenance Support (L0, L1 & L2) - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Good documentation skills - Ability to work in a global environment - Understanding of Roles & Authorizations - Experience with incident management and change management This role will require you to have a good understanding of SAP HCM and SuccessFactor, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple modules simultaneously.
