• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)

Experience & Exposure:

• Minimum of

  15 years of experience

  in Civil & Structural Engineering, including

  5–8 years in EPC projects

  .
• Exposure to

  Field Engineering

  ,

  Basic/FEED Engineering

  , and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience handling projects of at least

  30,000 man-hours

  with a

  team size of 20+ members

  at peak load.
• Experience in

  schedule preparation, resource management

  , and

  engineering man-hour estimation

  based on quantities and deliverables.
• Familiar with

  change management processes

  related to input changes or additional scope.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficient in the

  analysis and design

  of:

• Steel and Concrete Structures

  (Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, etc.)

• Foundations

  (Static equipment, tanks, and machine foundations with dynamic analysis)

• Industrial Buildings

  (Substation, Control Room, Administration buildings, etc.)
• Strong understanding of

  International Design Codes and Standards

  .
• Sound knowledge in

  structural modeling, load calculations

  , and

  design documentation

  .
• Ability to coordinate effectively with other engineering disciplines to ensure design integrity.

Software Skills:

• Structural Analysis:

  STAAD.Pro (Mandatory), GTStrudl (Added advantage)

• Foundation Design:

  Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS (Added advantage)

• 3D Model Review:

  Navisworks, SmartPlant Review (SPR) (Added advantage)

• Finite Element Modeling:

  Abaqus, SAP2000, SolidWorks (Added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Civil & Structural engineering team in delivering project objectives within schedule and quality standards.
• Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal disciplines for design clarifications and technical discussions.
• Support field engineering activities during construction and resolve site-related technical queries.
• Participate in project reviews, design audits, and technical evaluations.
