Job Description

You will play a crucial role as a Campus Recruitment Lead at Mitsogo | Hexnode. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and executing campus hiring initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders, managing assessment platforms and ATS tools, building campus branding, organizing events, analyzing hiring metrics, and leading a team of campus recruiters. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a scalable campus hiring strategy across top colleges for Engineering, Product Management, and Support hiring. - Partner closely with Business Heads, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and recruitment teams to understand talent needs and campus intake planning. - Leverage and manage assessment platforms (e.g., HackerRank, Codility, Mettl, SHL) for consistent and data-driven candidate evaluation. - Manage and optimize workflows on ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Taleo) to ensure a smooth candidate experience and data accuracy. - Build and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence on campuses. - Maintain strong partnerships with placement offices, professors, and student organizations to foster long-term engagement. - Organize pre-placement talks, hackathons, case study competitions, and intern conversion programs. - Monitor hiring metrics, provide dashboards, and drive continuous improvement in campus recruitment processes. - Lead and mentor a small team of campus recruiters and coordinate internal interview panels. Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in leading campus programs. - Proven experience in managing large-scale campus drives across engineering and/or B-schools. - Deep knowledge of assessment tools (HackerRank, Mettl, Codility, SHL, etc.) and experience in designing online assessments and interview workflows. - Proficiency in ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, or equivalent. - Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. - Prior experience in a product-based or technology-driven company preferred. - MBA or relevant post-graduation is a plus. - Confident communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders. - Outspoken, self-driven, and dependable in handling complex people matters.,
