Role Overview

The Campus Recruitment Lead will design and execute Dezerv's campus hiring strategy across top MBA colleges in India. This role is critical in shaping the early careers talent pipeline, strengthening our employer brand on campuses, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality candidate experience. The role is responsible for building a high-impact campus brand and talent engine from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

-Strategy & Planning

• Build and execute a robust campus hiring strategy aligned with Dezerv's values and business needs
• Identify and prioritize target campuses (Tier 1, Tier 2 Business schools)
• Design processes, and assessment frameworks for campus programs

-Execution & Stakeholder Management

• Lead end-to-end campus recruitment drives including pre-placement talks, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts
• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to scope roles, define success profiles, and ensure quality of hire
• Manage relationships with placement committees, faculty, and student bodies to strengthen Dezerv's presence on campus

-Employer Branding & Engagement

• Design and deliver high-impact campus engagement initiatives (case competitions, hackathons, workshops, leadership talks)
• Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to build digital content and campaigns that resonate with campus talent
• Leverage alumni networks to drive advocacy and engagement

-Program Management

• Anchor onboarding and early career programs for campus hires
• Track and report hiring metrics, offer-to-join conversions, and program effectiveness
• Continuously improve processes through feedback from stakeholders and candidates

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in

  campus recruitment / early careers hiring

  , preferably in high-growth startups or fintech
• Strong understanding of Business school landscapes in India
• Proven ability to design and execute large-scale hiring drives
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders and engage students
• Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
• Passion for building employer brands and engaging with young talent
