You will be joining Imerys, the world's leading supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions for various industries. As a Lead Buyer, your role will be crucial in supporting the ambitious roadmap of the Process & Tools team across the Imerys group. Reporting to the Process & Tools Manager for Asia, you will collaborate with global purchasing teams and have the following key responsibilities: - Support E-RFQ: - Work on simple and complex E-RFQ in Ivalua for different categories. - Support internal stakeholders in requirement mapping, sending E-RFQ, TCO analysis, and contract signature. - Act as a technical point of contact for complex E-RFQ. - Spotbuy Management: - Manage spotbuy requests for goods & services as per regional requirements. - Manage the full Source-to-Contract process for spotbuy, including requirement mapping, sending E-RFQ, TCO analysis, and contract signature. - Process Improvement: - Actively participate in initiatives by the purchasing team for process enhancements. - Work on purchasing data collection, analysis, and communications to internal stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills Required: - Bachelor's degree - MBA in Operations or Supply Chain Management preferred - 4 to 6 years of experience in Purchasing - Source-to-contract global experience - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proficiency in ERP and Purchasing platforms like SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Coupa - Fluent in English (knowledge of basic French is a plus) - Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office - Autonomy and proactivity - Experience in a multicultural environment This is a full-time permanent position.
