Olas core mobility offering in India is supplemented by its electric-vehicle arm, Ola Electric; launched in Aug 2021 and by Apr 2022 it was the #1 selling electric 2W company in the country. ? Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

? Collaborate with business stakeholders and drive business review meetings to provide consolidated view of forecast

? Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and financial modeling.

? Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).

? Managing business and compliance requirements within the given budget

? Support strategic initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.

? Partner with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and business plans. ? Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and internal policies.

? Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.

? Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

? Implement financial controls and processes to enhance operational efficiency.

? Good communication/problem solving/analytical bent of mind.

? Clear understanding and maintain a detailed knowledge

of sales and revenue drivers

? Interpersonal communication and team management

Qualifications

? CA or MBA finance (From premium institutes)
