It's that simple. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage financial plans, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with business goals. 2. Optimize profit and loss strategies to maximize returns. 3. Oversee P&L statements, cash flow, and balance sheets to maintain financial integrity. 4. Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and ensure corrective actions. 5. Provide strategic financial advice for business decisions and deals. 6. Review and approve vendor contracts and company expenses. 7. Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing teams to drive financial efficiency. 8. Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial objectives. EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience: 2-5 years in Business Finance. Qualification: CA or CMA. Expertise in budgeting, risk management, and forecasting. Strong proficiency in accounting software and data analysis. Analytical mindset, leadership skills, and decision-making ability
