Lead Business Analyst - Trade Finance

• Able to work on client implementation site for Trade 360. Should have Trade domain functional knowledge.
• Analysis of functional designs.
• Writing detailed use cases.
• Working with development team in doing knowledge transfer of functional requirements and assisting them from time to time during coding and unit testing.
• Working on test strategy to ensure developed system meets the stated and implied clients needs.
• Work with testing team on test planning, test case scripting and execution.

Education Qualification

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of trade products such as Letters of Credit, Guarantees, and Bills for Collection, along with end-to-end process knowledge
• Ability to create clear, structured, and effective design documentation
• Proficiency in conducting both manual and automated test executions to ensure software quality.
• Skilled in designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases and automation scripts
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, writing user stories, and managing backlogs.
• Perform system, integration, regression testing utilizing test management tools and adhering to test methodology.
• Participating in preparing for Test Plans.
• Analyze the user stories, review with business team and identify the high-level test cases.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Strong collaboration and presentation skills for interacting with business, technology, and operations teams.
• Have good knowledge in defect tracking tool JIRA/HPQC/Bugzilla and good exposure in Agile Scrum methodology.
• Ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with automation tools or AI-based solutions used in trade processes.
