Lead Business Analyst – ETL/Informatica

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in ETL/Informatica to drive innovative solutions in the Life Sciences Technology domain.

The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to deliver impactful business outcomes, engage with diverse stakeholders, and enable data-driven decision-making through strategic collaboration and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Optimize data quality and enhance data governance to meet evolving business needs
• Engage with client managers, internal teams, and occasionally with client-side counterparts
• Partner with end users and stakeholders, including managing complex stakeholder dynamics
• Collaborate with the client's Product Manager or Product Owner to align with the roadmap and propose innovative ideas
• Define new opportunities, realize backlog items, and facilitate initiatives for product/project success
• Drive the adoption of a product mindset and take ownership of delivering successful products
• Pitch strategic recommendations and roadmaps to the customer for future product advancements

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in business analysis, including the Life Sciences Technology domain
• Expertise in ETL processes, Informatica tools, and data governance strategies
• Proficiency in stakeholder management, client engagement, and cross-functional team collaboration
• Background in Agile methodologies, metrics-based decision-making, and requirements specification
• Capability to design solutions that align with product roadmaps and long-term business goals
