Job Description

1. Manage Payroll/Non payroll Reimbursement claims per defined process: a. Timely review/validation of claims in T&E tool (Concur) b. Timely booking/validation of claims in Oracle using correct GL code/Cost center code c. Timely payouts as per defined TAT & Intimation to employees through SMS d. Reconciliation of travel expenses claim with GL accounting reports. 2. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures. 3. Assist employees with travel-related inquiries and issues. 4. Maintain travel and expense records and documentation. 5. Responsible for Finance NHOs for employees/ Senior Leadership 6. Maintaining month end compliances-payables / advances / query ageing, reconciliations etc. 7. Provide data for Internal /Statutory audit/ICoFR controls/other audits and ensure no repeat audit observations *

Job Specifications*

Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration. 4+ years of experience in T&E management Experience in Oracle and Concur is an added advantage Good Inter-personal skills
