Assortment Planning & Stock Allocation:

Manage and monitor season OTB provided by Planning team, Buy Plan to be created separately for Online and Offline (Region wise) capturing nuances of the region wise sales patternsAT Level Detailing to be done based on differential ST% for each of the Brand/GenderStock allocation on store level based on style/size ratio ensuring maximum fulfillment as per Store stock holding capacityPerformance Monitoring: Sales monitoring on Store level and online channel post launch to monitor the Target vs achievement on weekly basis (Gender-AT-Store)
Monitor sales performance and target for all channel vs targets including revenue, ST%, Margin% , Discounting, InventoryMonitoring key store metrics and creating dashboards for daily analysis : ATV, AUV, UPT, Walkins, ConversionsInventory Management:
Inventory analysis and management to monitor the ST% on Brand-Region-AT-Channel level ; guidance of ST% for next seasonGuidance for EOSS planning for inventory management , maximize ST% at minimum discounting across stores Collaboration: Work in collaboration with the brand buying team for seasonal trends, nuances across AT and adjustment in option/depth accordingly
Work together to maximize the season ST%, reduce inventory in system, create OTB for freshness at stores
