Lead Analyst - Dgtl. Trnf.

Role Overview: You will be a Design Thinking Facilitator at WNS, responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end service design projects, facilitating workshops, and promoting design thinking methodologies within the organization. Your role will involve conducting primary and secondary research, supporting design thinking workshops with CXO level stakeholders, designing content and toolkits for client workshops, leading strategy projects, participating in proposals, driving customer research, maintaining client relationships, and evangelizing design thinking internally. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover market and customer insights, journeys, and personas - Facilitate design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders to develop strategic plans for digital transformation - Design and collaborate on content and toolkits required for client workshops such as Miro boards, ideation toolkits, presentations, and prototypes - Lead end-to-end strategy projects and participate in proposals to embed design thinking in projects - Drive customer research to gather insights for innovation and digital transformation - Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders - Promote Design Thinking within the organization by creating materials for internal stakeholders to learn and practice design thinking Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Design, Business (MBA), or related field - 5+ years of experience in design thinking, service design, strategy, consulting, or related field - Excellent facilitation and communication skills - Strong knowledge of design thinking, service design, and strategic consulting methodologies - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Strong project management skills - Experience in leading workshops and trainings - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills If you are passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation through design thinking methodologies and have a proven track record of successful leadership interactions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.,
