Job Description: At WNS Digital, the focus is on transforming the way clients engage with complex business problems through human-centered design principles. As a Lead Interaction Designer, your responsibility is to conceptualize the user experience of product ideas and translate them into inspired, refined, and sometimes magical designs. You will be tasked with interpreting business requirements, managing project complexity, and providing guidance to the design team to create intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly solution designs or prototypes. Throughout the design process, your role involves anticipating and advocating for user needs, ensuring adherence to Usability best practices, and delivering solutions that not only meet business objectives but also delight end users. The primary objective is to lead client engagements and develop solution prototypes that drive revenue growth. As a Design thinking evangelist, advocate of Human-Centered Design, and expert in Service Design, you will lead by example in tackling day-to-day challenges with a solution-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and moderate project scope and complexity across various initiatives - Act as a bridge between domain leaders, subject matter experts, and technology teams to deliver user experience solutions - Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to grasp product requirements, lead user research, conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and prototype solutions - Apply UX design principles and regularly review design outcomes to ensure alignment with project goals - Supervise the design team and mentor designers to enhance their performance and productivity Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience working with UX teams and proficient in both verbal and visual communication to articulate ideas effectively - Hands-on experience in facilitating Digital Transformation or Human-Centered Design workshops - Strong knowledge of analytical, operational, and statistical dashboards, Material Design, iOS guidelines, etc. - Passion for AI/ML integrated product solutions is a plus - Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in design (preferably in HCI, Interaction, or related fields) or equivalent practical experience - 4-6 years of experience in UX, managing design teams, product design environments, and contributing to multiple product platforms (B2C, B2B, web, mobile, Adaptive, Responsive, etc.) - Direct engagement with client stakeholders and front-ending client interactions (Note: The above Job Description is based on the provided content and does not include any headers.),
